How to extract from a demo ?

I found a cheater :

"LoSeR" 154 STEAM_0:1:8874 48 20:20 31 0

What's the Steam-ID in this line ?

I wrote a wrong command in the console to stop my (1st) demo, so it's bigger than 100MB (lol).

Is it possible to extract the segment from this demo where LoSeR is playing ?

As far as I know its possible to turn the demo into an .avi and edit that but not edit the demo its self. I could be wrong.

I know this solution, but, in that case, we lose the console information.
It's just a movie on what happened on my screen.

It's not possible to play the demo with a wallhach to confirm that the player is cheating. (I suppose that's the way the "cheat checkers" are using).

I have found a "demomanager" but it doesn't work with Steam & CS 1.6.

Wouldnt it be possible to run the demo from what the cheater is supposed to be seeing (but in this case, obviously, he can see more than what he is supposed to), and then make an AVI out of a segment of that?

I could be wrong though, as I havent tried using Demos too much.

Trouble is we want the status in the console at the same time as were watching the demo, if the two are in different places then this is a problem. Also in that avis you will have to have to console open at the time of making.
