snark thing and glow thing

Hi i'm just wondering why some guys can throw a never ending number of snarks? please answer this i really wanna know,
and one more i can't glow red and that stuff why? :confused:

There are the odd few people who will use the infinate snark exploit, this is NOT allowed on the server and anyone caught doing it will be warned and asked to stop... If they fail to do then they will recieve a ban.
