Server crashing... a lot.

Noticed the server crashes a lot lately. Any causes? More importantly: fixable?

I have noticed that more often than not when the map changes to Incoming the server tends to crash.... Also Prom was just telling me that quite often when playing no specific map you can be half way through when 'Warning Connection Problems' comes up, next thing Rampage comes on.

I think that the map always reverts to Rampage after a freeze/crash as it's set in the server config as 1st map on startup.

The jolt servers crash a lot on Incoming as well :angry:

Incoming isnt normally the problem. Incoming is also the first map on startup, I change this periodically. SvenCoop has never been stable.

Might be so, but lately the server is on some kind of crashing madness. It was more stable just a while ago. Now it's like every time I play... it crashes.

maybe its just the massive ativity.... people in and out all the time. its on 24/7... people crash it.

I don't think that is true, that would be just weird. You can't make a server crash just because it's full 24/7.

Its random. SvenCoop has never been stable. I doubt it ever will.

When I run a svencoop server its very stable, without any minimods. This server is running adminmod. Ive experienced that when running adminmod on my server it crashes alot. Ive never crashed when not running any minimods at my server. (Except the s_Findname: Out of sfx_t error at won) So could adminmod be the problem?

Possible, but I ran without adminmod when it was v2.1. Still crashed then.

or not taking anynotice of fortune try 2 uninstall adminmod 4 about a week 2 see if there is a difference
