You wouldn't have to aim at that range using blanks on balloons, the powder dispersed off them would burst the balloons if you just pointed in the general direction.

He's still quick though.

tbh if your gonna do the job propperly scrap your pistols and rifles, just go straight for a nuclear war head :D solves everything
