Hope you don't mind me blatently advertising SK :P
Anyway we have a CS:S surf server up with a custom RPG. We also have a unique free-crediting system, "fcredits" which spits of free credits for every hour you play. We also have fun "challenges" were you can earn more credits and upgrades. With friendly admins, great fun and a dedicated community you have no reason to check it out ;)
