Firefox 2.0 Released... sort of

Whilst the homepage still says v1.5.0.7 is the latest release you can find the latest v2.0 files on the offical Mozilla FTP.

The offical release date will be tomorrow (23rd October 2006).

Expect to be waiting a long time to download from the site. It's somewhat overloaded :)

Ugh first thing that is annoying me is they now have the Alt + S keyboard shortcut bring up the History menu. I use Alt + S for submitting forum posts :mad:

Seems to be a work around for the Alt + S "bug".
Mozilla claim they didn't have time to fix this for the final release.

Head over to about:config and change the following values...

change ui.key.chromeAccess to 5
change ui.key.contentAccess to 4
