Forum RSS Feeds

Every forum has its own RSS Feed Available to it. The feed's wont tell you when there's a reply but will update whenever there's a new thread posted.
You can subscribe to a specific forum or the whole forum.

To subscribe to the whole forum, add this URL to your RSS Feed program...

http://www.thebanlist.com/external.php?type=rss

This feed will tell you whenever a new thread has been posted on the forum.

To subscribe to the news forum, use this URL...

http://www.thebanlist.com/external.php?type=rss&forumids=42

42 is the ID number of the news forum. You can also add multiple forums to your feed. Example...

http://www.thebanlist.com/external.php?type=rss&forumids=42,18

This would add both the News and Announcements Forums to your RSS feed.
If you prefer RSS version 2 change 'type=rss' to 'type=rss2' in the feeds URL.
