Converting a demo to .avi

I asked on the Banzaimaps forum a while back about how to make demo's so they're viewable in media player, etc.

I'm not saying you should do this for submitting demo's which are recording suspect cheaters, I just thought it may be useful for someone. :|

looking for something like this, ive heard that you can put avi files in a sig and create a movie effect like a nfs scene in a car window. Sounds a nice effect.
