Clan tags in forum

ok i just thought this would be an ok idea, i know you can add extra stuff next to the avitar on most forums, i was wondering if we could have a place to imput our clan Tag

so like how we have Location: Temple of Doom
we could have Clan: [P3D]

of course if you got multiple clans you got a problem lol but was just an idea

persdonally barry it aint worth it unless us as a ban list start a clan of like TFC or summin

Even if this community started a clan, there would be no need for tags since this is our own community.

I personally think it is not worth it either to add clan tags, and more space used on SK's database :p

Getting bigger bigger, working its way to 30Mb. Doesn't sound a lot, but you trying making a 30Mb word document. When you have succeeded take a look at how many pages that is :p

Delted my mIRC logs 1 month ago. Wondered why my mIRC Folder got 270MB. Deleted 250MB Log Files. From much chans, qrys and that stuff.

Yeah 30MB for such database and purpose isn't much after all.

You should clean the tables to remove the overheads if you didn't do it already, SK. Should clear out a few kilobytes :p

I do maintenance on it once a week.

Just done one now

Before: 28.32 MB
After: 26.65 MB

Give it a day and that 2Mb will appear from no where again :)

i blaim Cessle since he prob produces that 2 MB in spam everyday

barry SK has more posts then me and he is always adding scripts and stuff to it and it will be all your images you spam everywhere barry

about 5 years Cessle :P my Logs are capped though so they dont go over a certain amount of space ;)

i duynno how big mine are but then i normally hav a yearly format and reinstall so they normally disapear ith that but at pressent they are: 5mb and there's 77 log files LOL

I wrote a linux program to create sensible false logs for irc :)
That way i can break all of my parents 'internet rules' and all is to my knowlage only :D

And my logs are only about 1mb since they get auto-removed after about 2-3days if they get read :p

find /log/directory/goes/here -mtime +0 -exec rm {} \;

Will delete anything thats more than 1 day old :)
