new logo for main site page

i think it is time that we made a new logo for the main page www.thebanlist.com it is just my feeling that it is getting very old and very dated!!!

The front site will be changed to match the forum. Were not doing this just yet though since were making the background of the site function first. Once this is complete we can then code in a frontend.

The only thing thats changed recently are the smilies (like 10 minutes ago). I didnt like the default ones that come with vB. :p
