It appears that we got a TeamSpeak (http://www.goteamspeak.com/news.php) server included with the new Counter-Strike: Source server.

The details are as follows...

hmm like how u use it and wot do u just use it like a normal server hostin cs:s then or wot?

a bit.... except you can create new rooms, dif settings for standered users and register with the server. Room descriptions, bassicaly its all up to what the SA says, you can even apoint CA's for that perticuler room to help run it

ok wot am i doing roung, i av added the ip in to steam and it just thinks the server dont exesit

Teamspeak is like Ventrillo its an own program to talk to other ppl. U have to dl it 1st here: http://www.goteamspeak.com/news.php (i think thats the official site).
