HO mapping community

ok back from the dead, i might as well try and get a little PR started off over in the mapping forum by showing you currently what our Hold-Out community are coming up with

the two fetured mappers will be alexroyce, ex mod leader of HL snowwars and damn fine mapper he is to, he is currently reconstructing an entire city block, with 5-10 story buildings every room in every building will be accesible and unique not only that but so far the map has around 50 coustem models and props alone so here we go

never thought id be saying this but those are some good looking maps! :D

Iv never really tried mapping for source, i might start trying to make a map such as the map i made showing what super effects you can do in the hl1 engine, Think of the possibilities in the source engine!!!!! :eek: endless xD

alexroyce's map is now available to DL and play on CS: S this is a working beta of the map so is no where near finished but from what i hear its pretty much god like....
