Ban Lists Update Email

For anyone wishing to recieve notification via email that our ban lists have been updated:

You need to go to UserCP > Edit Options. Under the section titled 'Messaging & Notification' find 'Join Mailing List?' change it to 'Yes' and click 'Save Changes'.
You will then be automatically emailed after every update.

Default is turned off so if you don't want to use it you dont need to change anything.
