Hi!
I think you do a great job serving us server admins. I just have one question. What would be the easiest way to import your e.g. hlban.txt to my amxbans mysql db? Has anyone done this in a simple way and what to share it?

I'd suggest you write a php program to do such thing. Read from the file, and execute SQL queries.

Why do you wanna do that tho?

you can import the ban list file into amxbans just by using the import facility which appears on the drop down menu.

Just pm me again if ur not sure.

One question though... Why do you guys want to include the TBL bans into your own lists?

TBL is supposed to be a centralized banlist, not something to be distributed to other lists.

more servers the ppl are banned from the bigger the impact it will have, i think it is a very good idea!

I know that. But there's no use in having the list somewhere independent from TBL. I am also toward the philosophy of keeping banned Steam IDs secret. This philosophy will hopefully be applied in the future of this project.

why bother keeping them secret? more servers they are banned from the bigger the lesson they are taught. More servers they are banned from the bigger the deterrent, bigger the deterrent = less chance of them cheating.

I'm not aware that the Steam Id's will be kept secret in the future, there are no plans for this to happen whatsoever.
