i can't get the half-life sound editor to work i can't find the file config.cfg where is it and i can't find autoexec.cfg

You can find those in the base folder of the mod you're doing this for... for example Steam/Steamapps/e@mail.adress/half-life/svencoop.

create it. THat should work. And there must be a config cuz the program saved all binds in there.
