AVG Free Edition

Ive used this as my AntiVirus product for a while now and noticed a while back they are removing support for version 6. Luckly though they are releasing a free edition of version 7. Ive been using the beta of 7 for the past few weeks. I read the final version was to go live at the end of Nov 2004 but notice that its actually live now.

I just thought I would inform you about this as I know theres more than myself here using the program.

The best feature is theres no reboot or email serial number anymore. Might not be useful for people who install this the one time only but for me who installs this a fair number of times a week it really makes life easier!

I pay for the Pro version of AVG.

Never had a single problem with it. It updates itself automatically and scans the whole system every morning.

Vorm runs a clean house here!
