about the gold package if you order it do you get the disks with it or is it the evil download

I think it may be download... if it isn't then it's DVD.

I doubt it may be DVD though, because then it would be retail collector's edition. So it's download.

You can always make a DVD using Steam's Backup System, or you can copy the GCFs yourself...

iv got the origenal HL2 sold in shops, the gold package off steam and its goddies and thirdly the SE which you can buy form shops which gives you a metal box and a Tshirt

i now have the gold package, ( the ati coupon allows u to upgrade to a better package) so i got gold for $40 less. my goodies came earlier this week, my box was different....

you dont get the game disc with it, only the soundtrack
