I have started to go on a diet for the past 3 weeks, and will be carrying on for a while. I just wonderd if any of you have any suggestions for lowfat meals. I have got the usual like fish and rice, tuna and pasta ect. I am just thinking of trying something new.
Any suggestions welcome, but don't mention pizza as I love pizza, but can't have it because it is too fatty. :)

I like food too much to diet, so after looking at how well it has worked for my girl friend ive joined the gym but still eat crap. She lost alot of weight since she started. Im not a fan of salads or really anything thats on the menu for diet programes. I hate fish too.

Hating work atm. Gone from running wireless networks to install CCTV camaras. Dont know how much more I can take of doing it. I really dont want to be heading this way. Theres the possibility to do some good stuff with some big companies, Pipex over here and an ADSL provider in Holland. Sitting the CCTV out for now and if it becomes too crap ill start looking for new work.

Always jobs available with Kingston Communications and I hear they pay quite well too.
Not that you'd want to move to Hull
