WTF is quake net or irc channel or annything like that iv been wanting to ask for a long time but i just dont understand can someone put in a simple explanition?

It's a network of chatrooms basically. A lot of the BanList community are in our room.

Not strictly true as the mIRC client is shareware, however you do not have to pay for the use of the chat server.

Yeah mIRC is shareware although you can ignore the moaning after the trial period ends and continue using it.

I however purchased my licence when v6 came out :D
