Agreed with Raging_Wulf. And you can still get 1.5 on Steam. Install it to half-life as a mod. Also VAC bans hackers better than C-D and HLGuard.

yes, every way possible.

if you want to play 1.5 in 1.6, then you just use some plugins and "ban" the 1.6 stuff (shield, galil and famas), then all you got is the 1.5 but with more bugfixes and improvements.

Erhm, I don't see the connection between the increase of hackers and arrival of 1.6! Explain?

when i played counter strike 1.5 i didnt see and play with as manny hackers
as i do with steam
lol secure or not there are hackers in every server !! :(
& a lot more hacking prgms came out when steam did toooo
