Ya I bought it today for exchange for BF: Vietnam (piece of bollox). Plus you get this snazzy disk of HL2 movies ^^. Er, ontopic, I will post my FPS as soon as I get CS:S
EDIT: ok in stress test average fps was 21.85 with everything on, 1024x768, 2x sample of AA. Impressive eh ;)

mine is 33.57..... uhh :( there is now an error every i try to start it up now it says its an engine error :(

Yeah delete the cstrike folder in the beta cs:s folder. I have to do this everytime also :(

i get a 33 avg in the stress test....10 avg ingame...at least until i get my new mobo and processor wednesday.....

From steam. You need to have an ATI Voucher or a copy of CS:CZ.

For all the guy using old pcs try starting cs:s with the "-dxlevel 70" parameter. it will not look that good but its playable (medium pcs can try -dxlevel 81)
got my stresstest-fps from 78 to 122 using -dxlevel70

You could always pay PCWorld £25 or £35, whatever it is they charge to install components ? That way you get to use your card and as they installed it the warranty should still be valid.

Only time ive spent money in PC World is because Ive needed stuff that day. Anything else I tend to buy online. I just find them expensive. The average Joe also thinks that a new PC is going to be about £1000. Do you really think that a scanner, printer and now a digital camara is really bundled free?
