Bad Latency?

Since Today i have a very bad latency. I always have 100 but now i get a 300-400 latency at thebanlist server? At other sc servers i have 100. Whats the Problem? :(

Is it the Hook Mod? :?

Im getting this also. Its been doing my head in all night and really had me annoyed as I just upgraded my routers firmware. I figured it was that. Its actually a router on my hosts network thats the problem. Most people are ok but a select few are suffering.

Its about 100 now rather than Mondays 300. Ive pointed the problem out to the people who provide the network. I await their reply.
